I have extensive experience volunteering for democratic causes. I am in the LGBTQ+ community but I am first and foremost a Democrat and believe that we, as democrats, are all a family and I will always fight to protect my family. This is why you need me to represent you so I can cast OUR vote at the convention for Joe Biden. Thank you for your support.

 

Started volunteering for Seattle Metropolitan Elections Committee (SEAMEC) in 2010

SEAMEC steering committee 2015-2018

1. Informed voters on how educated candidates were on LGBTQ+ issues by giving the candidates ratings and or endorsements based on in person interviews with each candidate and via questionnaires.

2. Was in charge of Creating the questionnaires

3. Coordinated and scheduled volunteers and candidate interviews 

4. Scanning and electronically saving and organizing past SEAMEC records

 

Trained to be Shop Steward in my union Unite Here Local 8 while working at a prominent Seattle hotel: 2016-2018 

Helped to negotiate a union contract which among other things: 

1. Got rid of huge mold spot and cockroaches in Men’s locker room

2. Helped to get the company to agree to provide coats for workers working outside in Winter and sunglasses and other protective gear in Summer.

3. Got raises for all hourly employees at the hotel

4. Got a raise in Public Transit compensation from 30% to 50%

Helped Organize many events including

1. LGBTQ+ CAUCUS (virtual) Pub Quiz

2. LGBTQ+ CAUSUS (Virtual) Dance Party

3. 24 hour (virtual) LGBTQ+ Pride Event 

4. Seattle Mayoral Candidate Forum 

• Co-created weakly Voter Assistance's Assistance meetings (to help voter assistance help voters with their issues)
• Have assisted Hundreds of voters through the Voter Help desk as well as live on zoom.

Environmental Activism

I am deeply committed to environmental sustainability and fighting climate change. I actively support policies and initiatives aimed at preserving our planet and protecting natural resources. I  plan to seek to raise awareness around solutions to address environmental challenges.

Championing LGBTQ+ rights is at the core of my mission. I advocate for equal rights, inclusion, and diversity, aiming to create a more accepting and supportive society. My dedication to LGBTQ+ advocacy drives me to fight for fundamental human rights and equality for all individuals, regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity.

Women's Rights and Reproductive Freedom

I  am a staunch supporter of women's rights and reproductive freedom. I believe in safeguarding women's access to comprehensive healthcare and ensuring reproductive rights are protected.
